Which membership is right for me?
There are two main ways to pay for your hockey at THD:
🏑 All-Inclusive Membership
Best if you expect to play regularly. Pay one annual fee covering your membership and regular league matches for the season — no match fees to pay each week.
🏑 Membership + Match Fees
A lower upfront membership fee, with £12 paid for each match you play. This may suit players who expect to play less regularly during the season.
Your membership rate will depend on whether you play in a Performance Squad (M1, M2, W1 or W2) or one of our Club Squads. Discounted and first-year membership options are also available.
Goalkeeper? We have separate rates depending on whether you use your own kit or club goalkeeper kit.
Cup matches, mixed games and Women’s Vets games are charged separately at £10 per game and are not included in All-Inclusive Membership.
All-Inclusive Membership
Our simplest membership option: pay one annual fee over 5 installments covering your membership and match fees throughout the season.
All-Inclusive Membership includes membership, training, regular league match fees, league registration, insurance, umpires, England Hockey affiliation and post-match teas.

Cup, Mixed & Women’s Vets Matches
These matches are not included within All-Inclusive Membership and are charged separately:
- Cup matches: £10 per game
- Mixed games: £10 per game
- Women’s Vets games: £10 per game
Discounts & First-Year Membership
Discounted membership is available to full-time students, people who are unemployed and those in their first year after leaving full-time education.
First Year Member rates are available to players joining THD for their first season.
Payment
Membership payments are managed through Teamo. Members can pay in full or use the club's available installment plan.
All players must be registered on Teamo and have their membership payment set up before playing for THD. Members with outstanding subscriptions are not permitted to play or train until a suitable payment plan is in place, as agreed by the Club Executive Committee and Board. A late admin fee of £20 may be applicable if these terms are not adhered to.

Unable to afford any fee options? We ensure everybody who wants to play hockey is able to play and there are many options available for support. Get in touch with our Membership Secretary or your respective Club Captain to discuss options.
Junior Membership & Fees

Membership pays for weekly targeted coaching and matches.
Members are welcome to apply for a bursary. Our Bursary Policy can be found here. Please note that applications must be received no later than 31st October 2026. Submissions (including any questions) should be submitted to juniorsmembership@

Payment is via TEAMO. It is mandatory for all junior players to be registered on Teamo.
Payments will be taken in two instalments for your child (or children) via Teamo. We no longer use Club Buzz.
