Crystal Palace Sports Centre has recently been closed temporarily due to safety reasons relating to the floodlights. The centre is making urgent repairs to get the pitch up and running but we fear this may not be until after xmas. This is of course not ideal and completely out of our control but it's important that the facilities are safe for when we return after xmas.
Therefore, with little time before training this week, we have made the following plan for the remaining 3 sessions this side of xmas.
Starting this week until xmas. Lower Women and Lower Men will both train on Thursday's at Dulwich College. We are going to split the pitch in half with each taking place at the same time between 7pm and 9pm.
Lower Women will be coached by Kim Pullinger & Dan
Lower Men will be coached by Jack Hampton & Matty Stone
In order to mitigate the risk of congestion at these sessions we are asking both Women's 3s and Men's 3s to train with the Upper Club on Tuesdays (Men) and Wednesdays (Women) at Dulwich College with the 2s. These sessions will be led by Jared Oliver.
To summarise, here is the details of training times and locations;
Tuesdays @ Dulwich College (7-9pm)
- Mens 1s (Coached by George Lovegrove)
- Mens 2s and 3s (Coached by Jared Oliver)
Wednesdays @ Dulwich College (7-9pm)
- Women's 1s (Coached by George Lovegrove)
- Women's 2s and 3s (Coached by Jared Oliver)
Thursdays @ Dulwich College (7-9pm)
- Womens 4-5s (Coached by Kim Pullinger)
- Women's 6-7s (Coached by Dan)
- Mens 4-7s, Vets, Supervets (Coached by Jack Hampton & Matty Stone)
We will be carefully monitoring the attendance at training to ensure that everyone gets the maximum benefit from these sessions.
