NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025

 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Tulse Hill & Dulwich Hockey Club Limited (Company) will be held at Dulwich Sports Club, Burbage Road, London SE24 9HB on Sunday 31st August 2025 at 3.00pm. The following business will be transacted:


 

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS

 

To consider and, if thought fit, pass the resolutions below which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions of the Company

 

  1. To elect as Directors Roman Seydoux and Anna Robinson retiring by rotation but being eligible offering themselves for re-election. 

 

  1. To reappoint Claire Mottershead as independent examiner and to authorise the Directors to determine her remuneration.

 

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

  1. To receive the Directors’ report on the Company’s activities since the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

 

  1. To receive a financial report of the Company for the 12 months ending on 31 March 2024. 

 

  1. To consider nominations for officers of the Company, including the following positions:

 

Men’s Club Captains

Women’s Club Captains

Treasurer

Senior Membership Secretary

Comms Officer

Website Officer

Social Media Officer

Disciplinary Officer

Safeguarding Officer

Pitches & Facilities Secretary

  1. To accept revised Articles of Association

 

  1. Disciplinary update

 

  1. England Hockey/London League update re fees and umpiring

 

  1. Any other ordinary business.

 

NOTES:

 

  1. Any member who is unable to attend the AGM but wishes to vote on the resolutions under Agenda items (1) to (6) may do so by proxy.  A proxy form can be obtained from the AGM event page on the THD website or by emailing clare.byrne@thehockeyclub.co.uk 

 

  1. Nominations are welcome from any member who would like to be an officer of Tulse Hill & Dulwich Hockey Club Limited.  Nominations should be sent to: clare.byrne@thehockeyclub.co.uk
