We are hiring - Phoenix Head Coach
The Phoenix Head Coach is responsible for leading the delivery, growth, and administration of the Phoenix junior hockey programme. Phoenix is an invitational programme of funded hockey coaching for local Year 5 and 6 children who do not have access to hockey at school.
This role combines on‑pitch coaching, programme development, recruitment, and operational oversight to ensure a high‑quality experience for players and families. Coaching sessions are delivered at Dulwich College on Sunday afternoons throughout the hockey season.

Coaching Rate:
To be negotiated with the club, dependent on knowledge, experience and linked to coaching qualifications.
Qualifications:
- EH Coaching qualifications and previous experience
- Valid First Aid qualification
- Valid Safeguarding & Protecting Children certificate (UK Coaching)
- DBS enhanced check (must be completed before the appointment can be confirmed)
- Right to live and work in the UK
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience of coaching and introducing hockey to young players, planning and leading sessions with a mix of abilities.

About Tulse Hill & Dulwich Hockey Club
Tulse Hill & Dulwich Hockey Club is a large club based in South East London with over 850 active members. We have a thriving junior section which ranges from ages 6 to 18, THD Phoenix Player Pathway, along with 16 adult teams and 4 Masters teams. We are based in Dulwich and play our hockey at Dulwich College, James Allen's Girls School and Alleyn's School. In addition to outdoor hockey, we also provide opportunities to play indoor hockey and regularly compete at the annual London tournament.
The club is currently working towards the nationally recognised, cross-sport accreditation Club Mark in collaboration with England Hockey.
