NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Tulse Hill & Dulwich Hockey Club Limited (Company) will be held at Dulwich Sports Club, Burbage Road, London SE24 9HB on Sunday 13th September 2026 at 6.00pm. The following business will be transacted: 

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS 

To consider and, if thought fit, pass the resolutions below which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions of the Company 

1. To accept the resignations as Directors of Edward Taylor-Jones, Keziah Pearson and Fergus Neve. 

2. To elect as a Director Francesca Sutton, having been co-opted as a Director following the 2025 Annual General Meeting and now offering herself for election.

3. To elect as a Director Emma Reed having been co-opted as a Director following the 2025 Annual General Meeting and now offering themselves for election.

4. To elect as a Director Marvin Dannett having been co-opted as a Director following the 2025 Annual General Meeting and now offering himself for election.

5. To reappoint Claire Mottershead as independent examiner and to authorise the Directors to determine her remuneration. 

OTHER BUSINESS 

6. To receive the Directors’ report on the Company’s activities since the 2025 Annual General Meeting. 

7. To receive a financial report of the Company for the 12 months ending on 31 March 2025. 8. To consider nominations for officers of the Company, including the following positions: 

  • Men’s Club Captains 
  • Women’s Club Captains 
  • Treasurer 
  • Senior Membership Secretary 
  • Comms Officer 
  • Website Officer 
  • Social Media Officer 
  • Disciplinary Officer 
  • Safeguarding Officer

  • Sponsorship Secretary
  • Umpires Coordinator

NOTES: 

1. Any member who is unable to attend the AGM but wishes to vote on the resolutions under Agenda items (1) to (6) may do so by proxy. A proxy form can be obtained from the AGM event page on the THD website or by emailing clare.byrne@thehockeyclub.co.uk 

2. Nominations are welcome from any member who would like to be an officer of Tulse Hill & Dulwich Hockey Club Limited. Nominations should be sent to:
