Hi Everyone,

Hope you are well and had a good Christmas.

Just a quick update that following the reopening of Crystal Palace Sports Centre we will be reverting back to the original weekly rotation system that had worked so well before Christmas. Both W3's and M3's will be re-invited to these sessions rather than with the 2s as we now have more pitch space at these sessions.

For the w/c 2 Jan 2023; the Lower Men are at CP on Wednesday and the Lower Women are at DC on Thursday. This will then be rotated after this until the end of the season. Download schedule.
